Description

Easy-to-make cinnamon sugar muffins perfect for breakfast or brunch.


Ingredients

  • Nonstick cooking spray
  • 2/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 (16.3-ounce) tubes buttermilk biscuits
  • 4 Tbsp salted butter
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 12-cup muffin pan with cooking spray and place on a foil-lined baking sheet.
  2. Combine granulated sugar and cinnamon in a bag. Cut each biscuit into 6 pieces, add to the bag, and shake to coat. Divide pieces into muffin cups, pressing lightly.
  3. Melt butter and brown sugar in a saucepan. Spoon over biscuit pieces.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden. Cool for 5 minutes.
  5. Whisk powdered sugar and milk to make glaze. Drizzle over muffins and serve warm.
