Easy-to-make cinnamon sugar muffins perfect for breakfast or brunch.
Ingredients

- Nonstick cooking spray
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 (16.3-ounce) tubes buttermilk biscuits
- 4 Tbsp salted butter
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 to 2 Tbsp milk
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 12-cup muffin pan with cooking spray and place on a foil-lined baking sheet.
- Combine granulated sugar and cinnamon in a bag. Cut each biscuit into 6 pieces, add to the bag, and shake to coat. Divide pieces into muffin cups, pressing lightly.
- Melt butter and brown sugar in a saucepan. Spoon over biscuit pieces.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden. Cool for 5 minutes.
- Whisk powdered sugar and milk to make glaze. Drizzle over muffins and serve warm.
Notes
- Use buttermilk biscuits for best texture.
- Adjust glaze thickness with milk as needed.
