- 56.75 g salted butter
- 283.5 g bag marshmallows
- 193.5 g Peter Pan Simply Ground peanut butter
- 132 g plain popcorn
- 90 g semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish and set it aside.
- Melt the butter in a large saucepan over medium-low heat.
- Add the marshmallows and stir until they melt completely.
- Add the peanut butter and stir until it melts and mixes fully with the marshmallow.
- Add the popcorn and stir quickly to coat all pieces.
- Turn the popcorn mixture into the prepared pan.
- Sprinkle the chocolate chips over the top.
- Use a spatula or wooden spoon coated in non-stick spray to press the mixture into an even layer.
- Let the mixture sit at room temperature until set, about 1 hour.
- Cut the set mixture into bars and serve.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 4 days.
- Coating your pressing tool with non-stick spray prevents sticking.
