Description
Make these cheerful, no-bake popcorn balls coated in marshmallow and decorated with rainbow sprinkles. They are a fun, quick treat for kids and parties.

- 1/2 cup butter
- 10 oz mini marshmallows
- 6 cups popped popcorn
- 3 cups Lucky Charms cereal
- 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions
- Melt butter in a large pot over low heat.
- Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted, then remove the pot from the heat.
- Stir in popcorn until combined, then add Lucky Charms cereal.
- Wait until the mixture cools enough to handle with your hands. Spray your hands with cooking spray to handle the mix easily.
- Roll the mixture into 24 small balls or 12 large balls and place them on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Let the balls cool fully.
- Melt white chocolate chips in the microwave according to package directions (use 50% power for 1 1/2 minutes, stir until melted).
- Add the melted white chocolate to a sandwich bag and cut the tip off one corner.
- Squeeze the melted white chocolate over the top of the popcorn balls and add sprinkles to the top.
