Description
Make quick, crispy potato chips coated in ranch seasoning at home. This recipe is simple, uses few ingredients, and is great for snacks or appetizers.

- 2 bags (8 ounces each) Lay’s Kettle Chips
- 1 cup powdered Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tablespoons dry Ranch Dressing Mix
- chopped fresh Parsley if desired
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300 degrees F.
- Fill a large pan with the chips. Use a large disposable foil roasting pan for ease.
- Spray the chips with non-stick cooking spray.
- Sprinkle HALF the Parmesan cheese and Ranch Dressing Mix over the chips. Toss to coat them evenly.
- Bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
- Carefully and gently stir in the remaining cheese and Ranch seasoning over the chips. Toss again.
- Bake the chips for another 10 minutes.
- Remove the chips from the oven and sprinkle with fresh chopped Parsley. Serve immediately.
