  2. 1 teaspoon green tea leaves (or 1 tea bag)

  3. Juice of ½ fresh lemon

  4. ¼ teaspoon grated fresh ginger (or powdered ginger)

  5. A pinch of pink Himalayan salt


Instructions

  • Heat the water until hot but not boiling.
  • Steep the green tea leaves (or tea bag) for about 3 minutes.
  • Squeeze in the juice of half a lemon.
  • Add the grated or powdered ginger.
  • Sprinkle in a small pinch of pink Himalayan salt.
  • Stir well until dissolved and enjoy warm, or let it cool and serve over ice for a refreshing version.
