Description
Bake feta cheese until warm, then top with honey and fresh herbs for an elegant, shareable appetizer perfect for date night.

- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil, divided
- 1 block (8 oz.) feta cheese
- 2 Tbsp. honey, divided
- 2 Tbsp. chopped mixed fresh herbs, such as rosemary, sage and/or thyme
- TRISCUIT Crackers for serving
Instructions
- Heat your oven to 400°F.
- Drizzle 1 Tbsp. oil evenly onto the center of a small shallow baking dish; place the cheese on top and pour the remaining oil over the cheese.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese is heated through. Remove the dish from the oven. Heat your broiler.
- Drizzle the cheese with 1 Tbsp. honey. Broil 6 inches from the heat source for 2 to 3 minutes or until the honey is hot and bubbly, and the cheese is lightly browned.
- Drizzle with the remaining honey; sprinkle with the chopped herbs.
- Serve immediately with crackers.
Notes
- This dish works well as a starter for an intimate dinner or as part of a small snack board.
- You can substitute rosemary, sage, and thyme with other complementary herbs like oregano or marjoram.
