Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil, divided
  • 1 block (8 oz.) feta cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. honey, divided
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped mixed fresh herbs, such as rosemary, sage and/or thyme
  • TRISCUIT Crackers for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat your oven to 400°F.
  2. Drizzle 1 Tbsp. oil evenly onto the center of a small shallow baking dish; place the cheese on top and pour the remaining oil over the cheese.
  3. Bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese is heated through. Remove the dish from the oven. Heat your broiler.
  4. Drizzle the cheese with 1 Tbsp. honey. Broil 6 inches from the heat source for 2 to 3 minutes or until the honey is hot and bubbly, and the cheese is lightly browned.
  5. Drizzle with the remaining honey; sprinkle with the chopped herbs.
  6. Serve immediately with crackers.
