  • 1 tub (7.5 oz) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese Spread
  • 2 tbsp TACO BELL Taco Seasoning Mix
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 3 cups shredded cooked chicken breasts
  • 1 can (15.5 oz) black beans, rinsed
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) no-salt-added diced tomatoes, drained
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 3 flour tortillas (6 inch)
  • 3/4 cup Mexican Style Finely Shredded Four Cheese blend

Instructions

  1. Heat your oven to 375ºF.
  2. Mix the cream cheese spread, taco seasoning, and milk until the mixture is smooth.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, rinsed black beans, drained diced tomatoes, and sliced green onions.
  4. Add half of the cream cheese mixture to the chicken mixture and mix lightly.
  5. Spread one-third of the chicken mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate.
  6. Layer with one tortilla, then half of the remaining chicken mixture, and top with 1/4 cup of the shredded cheese.
  7. Cover this layer with the second tortilla, the rest of the chicken mixture, another 1/4 cup of shredded cheese, and the final tortilla.
  8. Spread the remaining cream cheese mixture over the top layer and sprinkle with the remaining shredded cheese.
  9. Bake for 25 minutes, or until the casserole is heated through. Uncover the dish for the last 5 minutes of baking.
