Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 packages Pepperoni – 7 oz.
  • 2 packages Salame – 7 oz.
  • 2¼ ounces fresh bay leaves
  • 2¾ ounces fresh rosemary leaves
  • 2 ounces brie cheese cut into triangles
  • 2 Tablespoons dried cranberries
  • 10 kalamata olives
  • 6 Blue Cheese Stuffed olives
  • 4 ounces mozzarella pearls
  • ¼ cup pecans
  • pine cones to decorate
  • maraschino cherries to decorate
  • your choice of honey and mustard to use as dip

Instructions

  1. Fold slices of Salame over the rim of a glass, overlapping them tightly. Use about 10 to 12 slices.
  2. Flip the glass upside-down and remove the salami rose onto a plate.
  3. Repeat the layering process with Pepperoni. Cover with a paper towel, fold it down, and secure with a rubber band. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  4. Remove the glass from the refrigerator, take off the rubber band and paper towel, and carefully remove the pepperoni rose.
  5. Arrange salami and pepperoni roses on a tray, layering additional slices between them.
  6. Add brie and mozzarella cheese over the salami.
  7. Place olives neatly on the tray, near the roses.
  8. Add pecans near the roses.
  9. Scatter dried cranberries and maraschino cherries between ingredients.
  10. Place honey and mustard in dip bowls on the tray.
  11. Decorate with bay leaves, rosemary, and pinecones.
  12. Create skewers on toothpicks for guests.
