Make these S’mores Overnight Oats ahead of time for a simple, comforting breakfast that saves time on busy mornings.
Ingredients

- 1 cup organic rolled oats
- 1 cup Almond milk
- 2 Tbsps melted chocolate or syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsps pure maple syrup
- 1 cup marshmallow fluff
- 1/4 cup crushed Graham Crackers
- Marshmallows for topping
- Chopped chocolate for topping
- Crushed Graham Crackers for topping
- Melted chocolate for drizzle
Instructions
- Combine the rolled oats, milk, melted chocolate, vanilla, maple syrup, and cinnamon in a container. Stir until everything mixes well and looks smooth.
- Cover the container tightly with plastic wrap. Refrigerate overnight, or for a minimum of 8 hours.
- To serve, place half the oats into a bowl or mason jar. Add a few spoons of marshmallow fluff, followed by crushed Graham Crackers and melted chocolate drizzles.
- Add the remaining oats. Top with 1-2 spoonfuls of marshmallow, crushed Graham Crackers, and more chocolate drizzles.
Notes
- If you prefer not to use melted chocolate, you can substitute it with 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder mixed with the other wet ingredients.
- You can use any plant-based milk you prefer instead of almond milk.
- This recipe works well for meal prepping in individual jars for grab-and-go mornings.
