Snowman Cake Pops

Description

Fun and festive cake pops shaped like snowmen, perfect for holiday gatherings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box vanilla cake mix
  • â…“ cup vanilla icing
  • 1 bag white candy melts (12 oz)
  • Mini chocolate chips for eyes & buttons
  • Orange sprinkles or orange candy melts for nose

Instructions

  1. Prepare cake batter as directed on the box. Bake in two greased 8×8-inch round pans at 350°F until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely.
  2. Crumble the cake into a large bowl. Mix in the frosting until combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls for the head and larger balls for the body. Freeze for 20 minutes.
  4. Melt white candy melts in 30-second intervals in the microwave. Dip cakepop sticks into the melted chocolate and insert into the small cake ball. Dip again and attach the larger ball to form the snowman.
  5. Freeze for 10 minutes.
  6. Dip each snowman into melted white candy melts, coating fully. Let excess drip off.
  7. While wet, add mini chocolate chips for eyes and buttons and an orange sprinkle for the nose.
  8. Let set for 10-15 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Use a toothpick to help position small decorations.
  • Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
