Description

A festive non-alcoholic drink with sparkling apple cider, cranberry juice, and ginger beer.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ teaspoons brown sugar or granulated sugar
  • Heaping ⅛ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Water or lemon wedge for rim
  • 5 ounces sparkling apple cider
  • 1 ounce cranberry juice cocktail
  • 1 ounce ginger beer
  • 1 ½ teaspoons freshly-squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • Ice
  • Thinly-sliced apples for garnish

Instructions

  1. Mix sugar and cinnamon on a small plate. Moisten the glass rim with water or lemon, then press into the cinnamon sugar.
  2. Combine sparkling apple cider, cranberry juice, ginger beer, and lemon juice in the glass. Stir well.
  3. Grate a bit of cinnamon stick into the drink. Adjust flavors if needed.
  4. Add ice and garnish with cinnamon stick and apple slices.

Notes
