Description

Make a refreshing, homemade version of the popular Starbucks Pink Drink that is light, fruity, and dairy-free.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup stemmed and sliced fresh strawberries, plus more for garnish
  • 2 cups Oceanspray White Cran-Strawberry Juice
  • 1 cup sweetened vanilla coconut milk
  • 4 teaspoons simple syrup, optional, for added sweetness
  • small ice cubes

Instructions

  1. In a pitcher, add 1/2 cup sliced fresh strawberries. Very gently crush the strawberries using a muddler to release some juice while keeping the slices somewhat intact.
  2. Add 2 cups white cran-strawberry juice, 1 cup sweetened vanilla coconut milk, and 4 teaspoons simple syrup; stir to combine the mixture.
  3. Pour the drink over ice in glasses to serve. Add additional strawberry slices for garnish, if desired.

Notes

  • This recipe uses white cran-strawberry juice to mimic the base flavor of the original drink.
  • Adjust the simple syrup amount based on your preferred sweetness level.
