  • 200 Grams walnuts, shelled
  • 1 Tablespoon ground coffee beans
  • Pinches pink salt flakes
  • 1 Teaspoon vanilla bean paste
  • 110 Grams dark chocolate callets

Instructions

  1. Place nuts on a lined tray and put the tray into a cold oven set to 200°C for ten minutes.
  2. Place hot nuts into the Thermomix bowl with coffee, salt, and vanilla. Blend 20 seconds/speed 6, stopping to scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed.
  3. Add chocolate chips and blend 10 seconds/speed 6. Scrape the mixture into a jar and cool completely before refrigerating.
