Make this bright, fruity, naturally sweet sorbet in minutes using your Thermomix. It is a refreshing, simple dessert perfect for families.


Ingredients

  • 300g frozen mango
  • 200g frozen raspberries
  • 15g lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Add the frozen fruit to the Thermomix bowl and pulverize for 20 sec/speed 8. Scrape down the bowl.
  2. Add the lemon juice and mix for 30 sec/speed 6. Scrape down the bowl and mix again for 30 sec/speed 6.
  3. Insert the Butterfly Whisk: Blend for 15 sec/speed 4. Scrape down the bowl and blend again for 15 sec/speed 4 until smooth and creamy. If the whisk has trouble turning, leave the fruit to thaw for a few minutes before proceeding.
  4. Serve immediately or place in the freezer for 20 minutes to firm up.
