A creamy latte inspired by the classic Italian dessert, combining espresso, cocoa, and mascarpone cream.
Ingredients

- 60 mL espresso (double shot)
- 5 grams unsweetened cocoa powder
- 180 mL milk
- 1 tsp raw sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 28 grams mascarpone cheese (room temperature)
- 30 mL heavy whipping cream (cold)
- 2 tsp powdered sugar
- cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
- Make a double shot of espresso and mix with cocoa powder until dissolved.
- Froth milk with sugar and vanilla until hot and foamy. Pour over espresso.
- Combine mascarpone, heavy cream, and powdered sugar in a jar. Shake until soft peaks form.
- Pour the cream on top of the milk and dust with cocoa powder.
Notes
- Adjust sugar to taste.
- For a thicker cream, shake longer until stiff peaks form.
