Turkey and Cranberry Pinwheels

Description

Make quick, festive pinwheels using turkey, cream cheese, and dried cranberries, perfect for parties or easy snacks.


Ingredients

  • 4 tortillas burrito size or wrap size
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 3 tablespoons chopped chives or green onions
  • 12 ounces turkey slices
  • 8 ounces Havarti cheese slices
  • Romaine lettuce ribs removed

Instructions

  1. Combine softened cream cheese, chopped chives, and dried cranberries in a small bowl. Mix until combined.
  2. Spread an even layer of the cream cheese mixture over two tortillas placed side by side, slightly overlapping.
  3. Layer turkey, cheese, and lettuce on top of the spread.
  4. Roll the tortillas tightly starting at the short end.
  5. Place the rolled tortillas in the refrigerator for 1 hour to set. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap if chilling longer than one hour.
  6. When ready to serve, slice the rolls into one-inch pieces and arrange on a platter.
