Make a rich, dessert-style coffee drink at home that tastes like a Twix bar, featuring caramel, hazelnut, and chocolate flavors.
Ingredients

- 1 cup whole milk
- 2 oz cooled espresso or strongly brewed coffee
- 1/2 teaspoon xanthan gum
- 1 1/2 oz caramel syrup
- 1 oz hazelnut syrup
- 3 tablespoon chocolate chips
- 2 1/2 tablespoon Caramel sauce, for drizzling and topping
- Whipped cream, for topping
- Mocha sauce, for topping
Instructions
- Put milk, espresso, xanthan gum, caramel syrup, hazelnut syrup, and chocolate chips in a blender. Process until smooth.
- Drizzle about 2 tablespoon caramel sauce all around the inside of a cup or glass.
- Pour Twix Frappuccino into the cup. Top with whipped cream, caramel sauce, and mocha sauce.
Notes
- You can substitute cornstarch for xanthan gum, but use slightly more.
