- 1 baguette, cut into ½ inch slices
- 5 ounces prosciutto, slices cut in half
- ¼ of a cantaloupe, cut into small pieces
- 4 ounces ricotta
- 2 tablespoons hot honey
- Microgreens or herbs (basil, thyme, or oregano)
Instructions
- Toast the slices of bread until they are golden brown.
- Spread a half a tablespoon of ricotta on each slice of bread.
- Top each piece of bread with a piece of prosciutto and a sliver of melon.
- Drizzle the hot honey over each crostini and top with micro greens or herbs.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- You can prepare the toasted bread slices ahead of time. Assemble just before serving for the best texture.
- If you do not have hot honey, mix 2 tablespoons of regular honey with a pinch of red pepper flakes.
