Ingredients

  • 1 baguette, cut into ½ inch slices
  • 5 ounces prosciutto, slices cut in half
  • ¼ of a cantaloupe, cut into small pieces
  • 4 ounces ricotta
  • 2 tablespoons hot honey
  • Microgreens or herbs (basil, thyme, or oregano)

Instructions

  1. Toast the slices of bread until they are golden brown.
  2. Spread a half a tablespoon of ricotta on each slice of bread.
  3. Top each piece of bread with a piece of prosciutto and a sliver of melon.
  4. Drizzle the hot honey over each crostini and top with micro greens or herbs.
  5. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • You can prepare the toasted bread slices ahead of time. Assemble just before serving for the best texture.
  • If you do not have hot honey, mix 2 tablespoons of regular honey with a pinch of red pepper flakes.
