Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips or high quality white chocolate bar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • whipped cream
  • marshmallows
  • pink food coloring
  • valentine’s day sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Add the milk to a saucepan and heat on medium-low heat until it reaches a very gentle simmer.
  2. Remove the milk from the heat then add in the white chocolate, salt, and vanilla extract. Whisk until the chocolate is completely melted.
  3. Add enough food coloring to the hot chocolate and whisk until you get a pink color.
  4. Pour the pink hot chocolate into your favorite clear mugs. Top with whipped cream, sprinkles, or marshmallows and enjoy.
