- 2 & 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips or high quality white chocolate bar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch salt
- whipped cream
- marshmallows
- pink food coloring
- valentine’s day sprinkles
Instructions
- Add the milk to a saucepan and heat on medium-low heat until it reaches a very gentle simmer.
- Remove the milk from the heat then add in the white chocolate, salt, and vanilla extract. Whisk until the chocolate is completely melted.
- Add enough food coloring to the hot chocolate and whisk until you get a pink color.
- Pour the pink hot chocolate into your favorite clear mugs. Top with whipped cream, sprinkles, or marshmallows and enjoy.
