Description
A bright, fruity, and non-alcoholic punch perfect for Valentine’s Day parties or family gatherings.
Ingredients

- 4 cups pineapple juice
- 4 cups Sprite or 7up
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 lb fresh strawberries halved
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Defrost the frozen strawberries and place them in a medium mixing bowl.
- Use a hand blender to puree the strawberries until smooth to make the puree.
- Remove the leaves from the fresh strawberries and cut each berry in half.
- Use a pairing knife to trim the fresh strawberry halves into a heart shape.
- Add the strawberry puree to a large pitcher.
- Add half of the fresh strawberries to the pitcher; reserve the rest for garnish.
- Add the pineapple juice to the pitcher.
- Fill the pitcher with 7up and stir with a long-handled wooden spoon to combine.
- Serve the punch with ice in individual glasses.
- Garnish each glass with the extra strawberry hearts.
Notes
- You can make the strawberry puree ahead of time and store it in the refrigerator for up to two days.
- For an extra pink color, use only the frozen strawberries for the puree and use the fresh heart-shaped strawberries only for garnish.
