Description
A simple, no-bake dessert featuring creamy layers and soft vanilla wafers that set in the refrigerator.

- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2 3.4 oz packages white chocolate instant pudding mix
- 2 1/2 cups cold milk
- 12 ounces whipped topping, divided
- Vanilla wafers
- Strawberries for garnish
- Blueberries for garnish
- Raspberries for garnish
- Mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare a springform pan by spreading 1/2 cup of the whipped topping on the bottom.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and dry pudding mix together.
- Slowly add the cold milk while continuing to mix. Beat for about 2 minutes or until the mixture thickens.
- Fold in the remaining whipped topping.
- Place one layer of vanilla wafers in the pan on top of the base layer of whipped topping.
- Spread about 3/4 cup of the filling mixture on top of the wafers.
- Repeat alternating layers of wafers and filling until all the filling is used.
- Make sure the final layer on top is filling.
- Refrigerate the cake for 4 hours before serving.
- Top with fresh strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and mint leaves for garnish before serving.
Notes
- This dessert requires time for the wafers to absorb moisture and soften into a cake-like texture.
- You can substitute other berries or fruits for the garnish if desired.
