- 1 Teaspoon baking soda
- 1 Teaspoon baking powder

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325 degrees F (163 degrees C).
- Mash bananas with a fork until smooth.
- Stir the mashed bananas, vegetable oil, and sugars together in a large mixing bowl.
- Mix in the remaining dry ingredients. Stir until the batter is fully combined.
- Optionally, add 1 cup of your favorite ingredient (like cranberries, blueberries, or chopped walnuts) after the batter is mixed. Spread this addition evenly.
- Pour the finished batter into a nonstick bread pan and smooth the top.
- Bake in the oven at 325 F (163 degrees C) for 65-70 minutes.
- Remove the bread from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Do not remove the bread during this time.
- After 10 minutes, remove the banana bread from the pan and place it on a cooling rack to cool completely, which may take 1-2 hours. If the bread sticks, gently slide a silicon spatula between the bread and the pan walls.
