Ingredients

  • 16 ounces silken tofu
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened soy milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Melt chocolate chips over a water bath, stirring until smooth. Alternatively, heat gently in a microwave, stirring often.
  2. Combine tofu, soy milk, and vanilla in a food processor; blend until smooth.
