- 1 cup sliced baby portobello mushrooms
- 3 cups baby spinach

- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook gnocchi in the boiling water until they float to the top, 2 to 4 minutes. Drain the gnocchi and set it aside.
- Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add mushrooms and sauté for 2 minutes.
- Add spinach, basil, garlic, Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper to the saucepan.
- Cook and stir until the spinach wilts and the sauce begins to thicken, about 5 minutes.
- Add the cooked gnocchi to the pan and stir until it is fully coated in the sauce. Cook for 2 more minutes.
