- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a loaf pan well to prevent sticking.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, eggs, baking powder, and salt until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the top is golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cool slightly in the pan, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
